At 3IIID Studio, we generally utilize a rendering for nearly all our design projects to explain the design intent to our clients. Sometimes considered an extra, an architectural rendering has many benefits.

It generates enthusiasm for the project, offers better design accuracy, provides a comprehensive site view, and catches problems early on. Design changes get more manageable with better visualization of the final result, which ultimately keeps construction costs in check and has incredible marketing potential. Step by Step Process

When you are ready to submit your order, you can call us at 1 (844) 731-0404 or email us at info@3iiid.com.
Submit your architecture plans and inspiration/sample photos for the project materials and design.
We’ll send out an invoice directly to you after confirming your order.
Once we receive your payment, we will get started on your project.
Within 3-5 business days for smaller projects and 7-10 business days for larger projects, we will send you the initial rendering(s) to review and note your comments via our client portal.
If you would like to make any material/color* changes to the initial rendering, we will do them at no additional charge. Additional material/color changes to the initial rendering would be $49 per view.
Any structural changes to the initial rendering will be an additional $49 to $99 per view.
Once we receive your comments/approval, we will provide you with the final rendering within 2-3 business days to review. Any errors will be addressed. If you would like to make changes after we provide you with the final rendering, a $99 to $199 charge per view will be applied.
After final rendering being approved, you will receive the high quality files via email.

*Material/Color revisions include: Doors/windows color & style, garage door color and style, lighting, landscape style, paint color, trim color, hardscape style (driveway or walkway), cladding & siding changes such as: stone to brick/ brick to stone or changing stone to different color, material or style, etc.
