Review terms of service here.

Email us at info@3iiid.com & include details on what you need rendered. Also, attach architecture plans and inspiration/sample photos for the project materials and design.

We’ll send out a quote/invoice directly to you after confirming your order (50% will be due to commence work and the remainder is due before the final rendering is completed).

Once we receive your 50% payment, we will commence on your project.

Within 7-10 business days we will send you a draft to review and note your comments via our client portal.

If you would like to make any material/color changes to the draft, we will do them at no additional charge. Any structural changes to the draft before the final rendering will be an additional $99 to $499 per view.

Payment for the remaining balance is due. Projects will be placed on hold if the outstanding balance reaches 30 days old.

Once we receive your comments/approval and final payment, we will provide you with the final rendering within 3-7 business days. If you would like to make changes after we provide you with the final rendering, a $199 to $499 charge per view will be applied.
Things to know

We will provide images based on the client’s plans and instructions. All still renders will be created quickly and dependent on the quantity ordered will be provided back to the client within around 5 to 7 business days of ordering.

The client acknowledges 3D STUDIO will not commence the work until confirmation of payment of the 50% deposit into our account and the final images will not be provided, nor may the client be able to use completed or partly completed images until confirmation of 50% final payment is received.

Once the render is complete it will be proofed. Any errors will be addressed. Minor alterations [up to 20% change] to the render may be entertained for the nominal fee of $49. If considerable changes are requested, we may need to provide a quote beyond the nominal change fee.

After we receive your comments, a second draft will be provided in 2 to 3 business days for you to review. The final rendering will be delivered after we receive your approval of the final draft.

3D STUDIO quotes for images at a standard size of 4000 pixels wide & 3000 pixels height. If you have further size requirements, please communicate this and the quotation will be adjusted accordingly. The quoted cost of rendered images does not include the release of working files. 3D STUDIO reserves the right to refuse release of working files at our discretion.
